3 ways to increase stripping and coating production

Stripping and coating alloy wheels or other metal surfaces can be a tedious process, especially if you use a potent chemical paint stripper that can harm your skin. Traditional stripping methods require a lot of manual labor, which takes additional time, and practices such as extensive sandblasting can cause oil and dirt to stick to already-clean wheels (so you have to repeat the cleaning process over again. 

The more time that each step of the stripping and coating process takes, the less profit your business realizes. 

The solution for increasing production is to find products and processes that increase efficiency and limit the need to repeat steps in the process. 

But these products do not just need to be fast; they need to be powerful so that you do not have to go back over the surface again and again.

1. Find a chemical solution that works well on difficult surfaces

If you work with different types of metal in a business such as a wheel refinishing operation, you need a stripping agent that works on metals from different wheel producers.
